At Argyle we take complaints seriously – whether they are from people within the church membership or those not directly associated with the church.
Church members are encouraged in the first instance to speak directly to one of the Elders or Trustees, or a ministry leader that they trust.
Complaints made by people outside the church are handled in accordance with our published Complaints Policy.
(This Policy can also be used by Church members if they feel it is more appropriate than a direct conversation).
